Monthly rent is $650 per space plus metered electric, with a $725 deposit at move-in (one month’s rent plus a $75 utility deposit). Weekly ($350) and nightly ($75, two-night minimum) include all utilities. Nothing is charged here — Cristy confirms your space and takes payment.
