Monthly rent is $595 per space plus a fixed $130 facility service fee — $725 a month all told, electricity and water included; weekly is $350 and nightly is $75 (two-night minimum). All three rates apply to any site: fifteen are covered on three sides, site 30 is an open-air pad of the same size. Site numbers and pad sizes are from the owner’s site map. Ask Cristy about stays shorter than a month.

Electricity, water, internet, laundry and trash are all included. With the fixed $130 facility service fee that is $725 a month. Monthly stays add a $250 security deposit, due within 24 hours of submitting the agreement.
