All three rates apply to any site: fifteen are covered on three sides, site 30 is an open-air pad of the same size. Site numbers and pad sizes are from the owner’s site map. Electricity, water, internet, laundry and trash are all included. Monthly stays also carry a $250 security deposit, due within 24 hours of submitting the agreement.
