Not a carport — a roof and three walls around your rig, protecting it from the West Texas sun, wind and rain every day. It is the single thing our neighbors mention first, and almost nobody else out here offers it.
The practical details

No pets are permitted on the property. Service animals are welcome as required by law.

Posted quiet hours are 9pm to 6am. Keep noise down across the park between those times.
Room for whatever else you tow
A toy hauler, a gooseneck, a boat, a work trailer, a second truck — the things that will not sit comfortably on a covered pad still have to go somewhere. We keep additional storage at 191 SE 1251, Andrews, TX 79714 — under a mile from the park, about a two-minute drive — with the room that larger vehicles and trailers need.
Storage is $100 a month. While you are staying at Midwest you rent it at 10% off — $90 a month. The discount applies only for the length of your stay here; once the stay ends the rate goes back to $100 a month. Mention it when you book and we will set it up alongside your site.
